CRM Database Design

• Customer Information; including but not exclusively, name, address, phone number, email address, birth date, important dates to remember and email notification buy in.
• Supplier Information; including but not exclusively, Company name, contact name, title, address, phone number, fax number, email address, Web Site URL,
• Product Information; including but not exclusively, Product name, supplier, category, qty per case, unit price, retail price, units in stock, units on order, reorder level, weight, color, description, picture and if product is current or discontinued.
• Employees: including but not exclusively, name, address, phone number, email address and employee ID number.
• Customer Orders: including but not exclusively, customer name, how sale was made, how the product was purchased, order details, was product shipped or carried out, if shipped buy which carrier and a system to notify the customer an internet order has been placed.

Web Site Design: basic web site design includes but not exclusively the following pages.

• Home Page ; design of a home page with current logo if one is available.
• About Us ; design of an About Us page with information about the founder, how the company was started or other information the customer requests.
• Contact Us ; design of a page with contact information for the company. Including a way for the customer to contact sales, support or WebMaster.
• Mailing List ; a way for the customer to get on an email or post mailing list for product features or specials.
• 15 product shots ; to be sold on Web Site. Design of product pages included.
• Secure Shopping Basket ; design of a secure shopping basket/cart for customers to purchase product.
• Secure delivery of orders; secure web page for the customer to go to when orders are placed. Email can be sent to customer to inform them there is an order waiting on the web site.
